The Easy One Touch 3 offers a redesigned telescopic arm which extends up to 5 inches to provide users with even more viewing angles. The arm is very sturdy to ensure that extension will not cause vibration. Also included is an adjustable bottom foot that not only moves left and right but also up and down. The flexibility of the foot allows users to purchase with confidence that there will not be any interference with bottom ports or cables. As always, the Easy One Touch 3 includes the powerful iOttie sticky gel pad. The sticky gel pad is reusable; just rinse, massage with water, and air dry- this will bring it back to mint condition. The Easy One Touch 3 has one last exciting feature: new compatibility. Phones up to an impressive 3.5 inches will fit safely into this mount. Mount Smart. Drive Smarter!

Personal review: I've used the previous two iterations of the iOttie Easy One Touch car mounts and have found them excellent - they are extremely easy to place your phone in, hold your phone securely and removing your phone from the mount is a snap too. The sticky pad sticks well to my dashboard too, and it comes with an adjustable telescopic arm in case you need to pull the phone nearer to you. It's also easily adjustable so you can use your phone in both portrait and landscape modes. Or if you like, you can also use the iOtties for your GPS unit - we did this when we were driving up to Malaysia and had to use a regular GPS instead of our phone, and it worked perfectly.

I'm eyeing the latest version of this mount because I got a Note 5 and the new version will fit my Note 5 better (new version extends to 3.5 inches while the old one extends to 3.2 inches). If you have a smartphone and are looking for a secure and easy-to-use mount, I think you should look no further than iOttie :)

Wow this is a solid review! I've always had an issue with mount sticky pads. In our weather the gel usually melts. Was the Ottie long lasting for you?

Yup the iOttie lasts a long time - I've used the second version since November 2014 and it's still working well. The sticky pad has never melted - my mount has fallen off my dashboard a few times when it's extremely hot and my car is left outside for the whole day, but it sticks back on with no problem. If the stickiness is ever lacking, rinsing it under water makes it as good as new. There's also a vacuum suction lever to help your mount stay on the dashboard.

If you're still concerned about it falling off, the package includes an optional sticky gel dashboard pad that you can use to further secure the mount on your dashboard. I recently got this dashboard pad (the first two iOtties didn't include it so I had to buy it separately) and my mount has not fallen off my dashboard since.

I've also repurposed the original iOttie as a desk mount - I've had that one since March 2014, and it's still working well too. Perhaps the only caveat about this mount is that the sticky pad can be TOO sticky and a bit hard to reposition at first. So it'll be good to pick your spot well before you place it on your dashboard!
