Fast and convenient, the AeroPress Coffee and Espresso Maker makes one of the best cups of coffee you'll ever taste. This innovative uses the ideal water temperature and gentle air pressure brewing to produce coffee and espresso that has rich flavor with lower acidity and without bitterness. It makes 1 to 4 cups of coffee or espresso (enough for 1 or 2 mugs), features a micro filtered for grit free coffee, and takes just 1 minute to make coffee (actual press time takes only 30 seconds). Make your coffee American style or Espresso style for use in lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso based drinks.

The AeroPress has received nothing short of fantastic reviews, and because of it's affordable price point yet fantastic quality, is often regarded as a perfect entry point to the world of coffee and brewing. Perfect for the coffee enthusiast or the fledging apprentice alike, the Aeropress also makes for a great gift.

Here's a video showing the Aeropress Coffee Maker in action through the hands of Gwilym Davies, World Barista Champion 2009:

Its total-immersion system permits extraction at a moderate temperature and a short brew time. Water and grounds are mixed together for 10 seconds, then gentle air pressure pushes the mix through a micro-filter in just 20 seconds, which avoids the bitterness of long processes such as drip brewing. The air pressure also gently squeezes the last goodness from the grounds, further enriching the flavor. The total brewing time of only 30 seconds results in an exceptionally smooth brew.

  • Unique coffee espresso maker uses total immersion and gentle pressure to produce coffee with extraordinarily rich flavor
  • Makes american style coffee or an espresso style shot perfect for use in lattes or cappuccinos
  • Made in the usa

Looking to get into coffee making and the Aerobie Aeropress is by far the best reviewed product in the beginner's range. It comes highly recommended and isn't available in Singapore, so join me if you'd like to get a group order going for these!

Hey @oskarl you're right on the money with this one. There's a wide range of products in the market for coffee aficionados out there, but the Aeropress is a perfect place to start - and pocket friendly too. I personally wouldn't mind joining in to get one for myself - the idea that it's (rather) portable and I could bring it out on camping trips is a real plus. I especially like that it's designed by a company that only sells 2 products - a high-performance frisbee and a coffee maker. Here's an interesting article >

Also a minimalist video on every step of the coffee making video using the Aeropress >
